Art meets digital.
Leeum introduces a new method of exhibition presentation.
In Korean traditional art, there are many works of art with characteristics of splendor and precision. The beauty of such works is particularly noticeable in traditional handicrafts made from a variety of precious metals, as well as traditional painting techniques, which are prized for their delicate and subtle expression. The Leeum digital magnifying glass is manufactured with a high-resolution display of Samsung and digital interactive solution of Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art. With its high power magnifying function, small details of artifacts invisible to the naked eye can be observed vividly, and the 360-degree rotation offers a valuable opportunity to view and appreciate otherwise unnoticeable aspects of the work.
Awarded the grand prize at Reddot design award.
